probably the healthiest bread you can get: a blend of sunflower seeds, linseeds, pumpkin & chia seeds, combined with fibre husk, buck weed flour and gluten free oats .pure goodness. Moist and tasty. Keeps at least for a week. Suitable for freezing. Not suitable for celiac as it is been baked in a bakery using wheat, spelt and rye flour.
